Trivelli Tartufi is a story between tradition and modernity. For a long time, the company has been harvesting the precious hypogeous mushroom, guarding its secrets and exalting its innate richness. In 1988, tradition gave shape to a dream: to encapsulate in a single product the secrets of a still so hidden flavor. In the town of Roccafluvione, in the province of Ascoli Piceno, Silvio Trivelli and his wife, Stefania Sciamanna, transformed the family-run laboratory into a thriving business. Harvesting, selection, processing and distribution: the four fundamental steps around which Trivelli Tartufi has developed its own network over time. The rigorous selection of raw materials, the careful organization of the production cycle and a consolidated network of customers and collectors have made Trivelli Tartufi a central point for truffle cultivation worldwide. Japan, the United States, France, Germany, and Hong Kong are just a few locations where the name has become synonymous with a wide range of high-quality products. Truffles are the company's flagship and the soul of every product. One of the most sought-after products in world gastronomy, they are crafted to create extraordinary recipes that achieve perfect harmony between balance and pleasure.
Monica Neri brought LEGĂ™ to life in 2015. With LEGĂ™, you will discover the world of legumes, their incredible properties and their variations in cooking, associated with prevention and health. A personal event sparked the idea for Monica: her pregnancy. She started eating legumes again to consume fewer carbohydrates and more fiber. According to her grandmother, Ida, legumes are the meat of the poor. They are also a second-rate source of protein, comparable to meat, fish, and eggs. Thus, LEGĂ™ was created to bring legumes, now forgotten, back to the table in a new form. LEGĂ™ is research, innovation, and constant experimentation. LEGĂ™ is inspired by a single principle: food must be healthy, tasty, simple to prepare, absolutely 100% natural, and must respect the environment. Legumes are an authentic pillar of the Mediterranean diet. Sustainability is at the heart of LEGĂ™'s philosophy, from raw materials to distribution, including production. Meticulous attention has been paid to the selection of raw materials. The origin of the legumes is guaranteed by a 100% Italian supply chain and gluten-free from the outset. Their production has a low environmental impact and guarantees significant water savings and reduced CO2 emissions. Their packaging is eco-friendly, printed with water-based, solvent-free inks. The material used is 100% recyclable or 100% compostable from renewable sources.
At Sunalle, the URRAI family name and the making of typical bread have long been linked: everyone is familiar with the great SUNALLE experience. In 1991, Sara and Maria, sisters-in-law, decided to join forces to carry out a joint project: FONNI, now called SUNALLE. They thus gave life to a family business that has evolved over time to become the LEADING company in the production of Carasau bread in Sardinia. Thanks to the support of Sara's husband, SUNALLE designed several projects to industrialize the production lines while respecting the tradition of Italy's symbolic bread. In 2001, the company expanded to accommodate 30 new employees, and also changed its name to SUNALLE. What does SUNALLE mean? It's the part of the stalk that remains in the field after the harvest. This is also the nickname given to the URRAI family and has become the name of the company, today symbolizing realistic designs, ready to embrace innovation, but strongly attached to its roots. SUNALLE's motto: The most modern bread is the oldest.
