Since we were little, we have been immersed in the wonderful world of entrepreneurship. We grew up in our mom's children's gym and also tasting the products imported by our dad. We delivered to restaurants and cooked with him. We witnessed his great passion for quality food and today we are truly proud to have our own online store. We can therefore, with the help of our two parents, bring you the flavors of Italy directly to your home through Produits Ciao.

Welcome to Produits Ciao, the culinary adventure of three young sisters, Alessia, Erika, and Gabriella. Passionate about gastronomy and authenticity, we created Produits Ciao to share unique, high-quality flavors with you.

Our mission is simple: to make exceptional products accessible to food lovers, products that were previously reserved for industry professionals. This vision was born during the 2020 Great Small Entrepreneurs' Day. At Produits Ciao, we advocate strong values that are at the heart of our commitment to you.

I'm Erika, the Operations Manager at Produits Ciao. My responsibilities encompass everything from creating thank-you cards to fulfilling orders. With a highly developed artistic side, I also had the honor of designing the Produits Ciao logo. I'm reserved by nature, but I pay attention to every little detail and detail, as I'm meticulous in my work. My role allows me to ensure that every detail of our service reflects the excellence and care we place on our products and our customers.

I'm Alessia, the Marketing Director at Produits Ciao. My role is to ensure our brand shines through the careful selection of our products. Deeply attached to Italian culture, my passion for cuisine is reflected in every aspect of our business. I love cooking, creating culinary experiences, and eating well, and it's my mission to introduce you to the best of Italy. At Produits Ciao, I work every day to ensure you can savor exceptional products and experience unforgettable tasting moments.

I'm Gabriella, the jack-of-all-trades at Produits Ciao. I enjoy helping my dad with administrative management and supporting my sisters in the various stages of shipping your orders. Curious and dynamic, I love projects and I'm passionate about interacting with you, our customers. Even though I'm sometimes a little shy, meeting our customers at the trade shows where we exhibit is always a highlight for me. I love introducing you to our products, explaining how to best prepare and use them. My mission is to help you discover and appreciate the full breadth of our offering.

At Produits Ciao, a company founded by my daughters, I play a very specific role: that of mother, mentor, and guide. Drawing on my experience as a human resources director and business development specialist, I use my skills to support my daughters in every step of their entrepreneurial adventure. I help them refine their decision-making strategies, fine-tune their marketing, optimize their order fulfillment processes, and step out of their comfort zone. My commitment is to support them in transforming this passion into resounding success.

I'm Stefano, the father of the founders of Produits Ciao and their main supplier of gastronomic wonders imported directly from Italy. My deep Italian roots allow me to be in direct contact with local producers, ensuring the authenticity and superior quality of our products. I am personally committed to inspiring, guiding, and motivating our team to ensure that every product we offer is synonymous with excellence. My goal is to ensure that every customer enjoys a unique taste experience, enriched by Italian passion and know-how.
